I did the branding and packaging for my friend's boutique here in Abilene, Texas. All of the bags, tags, and business cards were hand stamped. Its quite a bit of work but feels more personable this way. Also, its more cost effective in the long run. Its pretty hip for Abilene... which is a wonderful thing!

This Chinese magazine called 02 Magic Box asked if I'd participate in a special issue titled Paradise. They asked about fifteen illustrators (including Gary Baseman) to donate an illustration based on the idea of paradise. I made a really weird advertisement for a drink called paradise.

Below was the bio they wrote about me... The entire write up is skewed, but awesome.

Homer Hiccolm and the Rocketboys (now The Rocketboys) had both an EP and a live recording of that EP. I took the illustrated version of the EP and redesigned it using photographs... thus reflecting the live aspect of the album. Although I think its super cheesy now, I still like the idea behind it.

Before Dark Was The Night was Dark Was The Night, it was titled New Blood. I won't name any names but one of the bands involved in the compilation thought the imagery was too religious... Hence the rename, Dark Was The Night, and several redesigns. I love this image though. Thank you Chris Phelps for photographing this piece.

Steven Heller and Lita Talarico from the SVA MFA Design program approached me to design a promo piece for them. They were to give this out at Miami's Art Basel. I asked myself what would I want in hand at an event such as this? I'll be talking to a ton of people and I don't want my breath to be kickin'. Mints were an obvious choice. Thank you Amanda Spielman and Steven Heller for your copy writing abilities.

The Feerer Family's latest Christmas card! I hope you enjoy egg nog.

This was my family's 2009 Christmas card. Pretty typical holiday portrait with our vests and antlers on. Sorry for those of you who got their cards after the New Year. That's what I get for ordering the envelopes a week before Christmas.

This is the Christmas card I sent out in 08'. Santa says "ho, ho, ho." A bird says "chirp". What the heck does a deer sound like? Exactly, "deer sound."
